Here are answers to some questions that you may have.

All orders will ship the following Monday, Wednesday, or Friday after the order is placed (pre-orders excluded). Larger orders, however, may take longer. You will receive your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please keep in mind that all items labeled MTO (Made To Order) take up to 15 business days before shipping. Be sure to take advantage of any pre-ordering opportunities to avoid delays.

Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required before any action takes place. 2-3 weeks notice is required before booking, otherwise $50 rush fee will apply. Please, have payment ready before contacting us.
